Live Well is a 9 month holistic wellness cohort designed to help women thrive spiritually, physically, mentally, relationally, and emotionally. The transformative teaching and supportive community of this cohort will equip you to live well in every season as you let go, heal, and establish a new way of life.

Lindsay is a wife, homeschool mom, and a wellness advocate. She holds a masters degree in curriculum and instruction, speaks at women's conferences, and has a passion to help women live well in every area of life.

Comprehensive Modules Empowering You to Live Well 

Live Well is a 9 month learning cohort where you will discover real rest, experience renewal, nourish your body, and advance in your God given design. 

Module 1 - Rest

This module will help you discover true, life-giving rest in Jesus, practice healthy habits, create boundaries, and establish routines. Begin living a life prioritizing rest and rejecting the striving/burn-out/need to be busy lifestyle. Get out of fight or flight and regulate the nervous system. Begin to balance blood sugar levels and repair metabolic health. Support and empower your hormones at any age. Release muscle tension and pent up emotions (deal with the deeper layers holding you back). Learn how to manage your stress well. Begin to rid inflammation. Embrace your story and be set free to embark on a healing, restorative, and commissioning journey in the months ahead.

Module 2 - Renew

This module will guide you to experience transformation mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally by renewing your mind, heart, and body. Identify, reject, and uproot lies that you have believed and have allowed to dictate your life/choices. Create a new, truth-filled, healthy belief system. Strengthen your mind and improve your brain health. Cleanse your body from gunk at a cellular level and improve your major detoxification pathways. Improve lymphatic drainage and continue to lessen inflammation. Detox your home (from toxic cleaning products to toiletries to make-up to food pantries to spiritual cleansing, etc.). Continue to build upon and practice healthy habits, boundaries, and routines.

Module 3 - Nourish

This module will give you biblical guidance to making food choices and equip you to prepare nourishing meals. Feast on Jesus, the bread of life, as you read through the Book of John. Grow in your understanding of real food and how to properly prepare different food groups (such as grains and vegetables). Make sourdough, kombucha, and bone broth. Develop meal plans through suggested resources/cookbooks and recipes. Improve your digestion, oral health, decrease inflammation and joint pain, and increase your energy. Be empowered to nourish yourself and your family well.

Module 4 - Advance

This module will help you live as an overcomer and walk in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. Identify your spiritual gifts in order to live a life worthy of God's calling in your own unique design. Put on the full armor of God to stand the trials, tests, temptations, and schemes of the enemy. Get physically fit through an intentional fitness regimen. Be spurred on to live with clear purpose and mission as you confidently live out a disciplined life with healthy habits, boundaries, and routines. Properly nourish your cells and equip your body to communicate effectively, maintain a healthy strong immune system, and age well. Powerfully apply the truths, tips, and training from the previous modules to move forward living life holistically well in all areas of life.
